Maya Abdallah is a senior associate at Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm.
Maya has considerable experience advising local, regional, and international clients on matters related to corporate law. She handles the incorporation of all types of companies in Lebanon and abroad, and the obtainment of regulatory approvals before all administrations and authorities.
She counsels annually-retained entities on the legal aspects of their day-to-day business, including regulatory compliance, registrations of intellectual property rights, and a wide spectrum of commercial agreements. Her experience includes advising companies across industries on corporate governance matters, corporate structurings and restructurings, capitalizations, private equity acquisitions and disposals, and voluntary liquidations.
Maya also specializes in the formation and registration of NGOs, and assists foreign companies in the establishment of their business presence in Lebanon.
