Pro Bono Legal Assistance
At Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm, we encourage our lawyers to do pro bono work that is meaningful, impactful and supports those in need.
Each year, our lawyers donate their time to non-governmental organizations with causes oriented towards education and arts. We dedicate to these pro bono projects the same efficiency that characterizes our legal services to clients.
Teach for Lebanon (TFL) Support
Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm is a proud supporter and strategic partner of Teach For Lebanon (TFL), the Lebanese arm of the renowned non-governmental organization ‘Teach for USA’. Empowerment Through Integration (ETI) Support
Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm is a proud supporter and strategic partner of ETI, a non-profit organization operating focused on the empowerment and inclusion of youth with visual impairment in the MENA region. ETI was founded by Sara Minkara, a blind Harvard graduate featured in Forbes’ "30 Under 30" for 2017 as an internationally recognized advocate in the areas of disability inclusion and social entrepreneurship. http://www.etivision.org/
UNDP T2SD Initiative
The Firm is a proud member of the board of T2SD, an initiative by the UNDP aimed at engaging the private sector in contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs), through the promotion and implementation of CSR strategies in line with the SDGs, and the lobbying for a national sustainable development agenda.
Environmental Sustainability
We at Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm understand that being responsible citizens means protecting our environment. We share the concern of many of our clients and lawyers on the sustainability of the environment, and we work to improve our management practices accordingly.
In our offices, we have implemented initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint. Our lawyers and staff participate in a recycling and waste management program in order to minimize the quantity of waste we produce, and maximize the amount of waste we recycle. We also engage our lawyers and staff to conserve energy and resources in order to effectively manage the Firm’s carbon emissions.
