Mansour El Kahi is a Partner at Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm, and a former judge with more than 23 years of distinguished judicial experience. Before entering private practice, he served within the Lebanese judiciary on civil and criminal benches, handling a wide spectrum of matters, including white‑collar/criminal claims, personal status matters, urgent measures, rental and real estate disputes, financial and commercial litigation, and administrative cases.
At the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, Mansour represents prominent local and regional clients in high‑stakes complex civil, commercial, and criminal disputes at all court levels, from case strategy, through urgent relief, to trial and enforcement. His practice spans across many industries, including real estate, financial services, and public/administrative law. Drawing on his deep judicial insight, Mansour is able to anticipate procedural intersections and effectively manage parallel civil, criminal, and regulatory proceedings.
Mansour has notable experience in sports law and public sector matters, having formerly represented the Ministry of Justice before the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Committee of Anti-Drug Addiction in Sports Activities, presided over the judicial committee of the Army Confiscations in Mount Lebanon, and headed the Committee of Appeal before the Lebanese Basketball Federation.
